Natalia Chatzifoti is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Tourism Studies at the University of Piraeus, specializing in Knowledge Management, Innovation Management, and Techno-Economic Analysis. She holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus, an MBA in Business Administration – Total Quality Management (MBA-TQM), and a BSc in Geology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has extensive academic and research experience, including teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, supervising postgraduate dissertations, and participating in numerous research projects. Her scholarly work includes publications in international peer-reviewed journals, presentations at scientific conferences, and chapters in edited volumes. In parallel, she brings more than 20 years of professional and managerial experience, having held positions of responsibility in the design and implementation of major scientific, research, and educational initiatives. Her research interests focus on Knowledge and Innovation Management, Techno-Economic Analysis, Research & Development (R&D), Human Aspects of Management and Innovation, Tourism Management, Health and Wellness Tourism, and Clinical Studies.
